Another milestone for the channel! We finally made it to 5K subscribers and as promised I am sharing our experiences about migrating to another country, why, how and what were the roadblocks we faced when we moved to Auckland, New Zealand in 2019. But let's do it over a nice breakfast of nasi lemak, thosai and roti canai... at Aroma Spices Villas at Lembah Permai, Tanjung Bungah, Penang. First of all THANK YOU to all of my subscribers and viewers, you guys are awesome! Please help us continue to grow by sharing the videos with people who might be interested in our content. In this video I give an unrehearsed, honest view on why we applied for Kiwi Permanent Residency, and compare it to Australian PR status and why we made this decision. Then we touch on how we moved, what we needed to do before and after we got there, any difficulties we faced, and I also relate what actually happened with my children especially Isaac who was born in Northshore Hospital in Auckland. Ultimately we decided to come back to Penang and I elaborate further on why we had to come back and give some tips to anyone who is thinking of moving to a new country to build a new home!
