If you’ve got RESISTANCE BANDS, you can train anywhere (home, office, hotel)… and definitely outside in nature. In this video, I’m taking you through a full-body outdoor workout using only resistance bands. All you need is your bands and the motivation to get outside. How to do the workout You can train by time or by reps. Example: 30 seconds work (about 12–15 reps) 30 seconds rest Repeat for another round if you want Hybrid Training (Run + Resistance) This is hybrid training: you’ll alternate running with resistance band exercises. We’re using an outdoor area with different stations. If you’re in good shape, run from one station to the next.
