The Easiest Way to Make THIN and ULTRA CRISPY Tavern PIZZA 🍕

I develop this recipe following a similar method used to achieve a Roman Scrocchiarella and adjusted it for this specific style of Pizza. When making Tavern (or Bar) Pizza, I don't really want to complicate things. Anyone should be able to make this at home so I used a simple dough method with low hydration easy to manage and with a long fermentation in the fridge which boosts the flavor and the rising agent.
