No regrets taking these trekking poles out at Deer Creek in the snow for a nice winter training session. I don’t even consider today a training session in the snow because it was simply so beautiful and serene high up in the Colorado mountains. I’m very excited to be moving forward into 2019 training program, which will include uphill running in snow, lots of uphill running, and frankly, at a very slow, low cadence type pace. THEN, in mid-April, let the sharpening begin for Grandma’s marathon in Duluth Minnesota. I do believe that these Leki trekking poles will help be reach great heights in 2019 training.
