After a Stroke, weakness or paralysis of the arm can make daily activities difficult. In this video, I demonstrate simple bottle-assisted arm movement exercises designed to support stroke recovery and neurorehabilitation. The exercises help with initiating arm movement, improving range of motion, enhancing coordination and control. A lightweight bottle is used to provide sensory feedback and grip support, making it easier to practice movements safely at home. *Always perform exercises within comfort limits.
