The first block of movements are lower body, then upper body, then core focused exercises. I tried my best to give you a preview of the next movement coming but had some technical difficulties with getting the title of the exercises on all of them! If you have more time try and do a second round of all the movements before the cool down! Knowing how your body handled it the first time through will give you a good indicator to potentially increase weight for different exercises! It can be a great way to track progress as you continue to do this workout time to time!
