It’s been a week since I competed, and this is the first session back. No plan today. Just got under the bar, started light, and trained. Bench press up to around 100 kg, some chest work, a bit of biceps — nothing forced, nothing rushed. Just seeing how the body feels after a week off. Strength is coming back fast, which is exactly why I’m keeping things sensible. I’ve learned the hard way that feeling strong and being ready are two different things. Right now I’m training because I enjoy it. I haven’t committed to a next competition yet, and I’m deliberately leaving that open. This phase is about moving, staying healthy, and letting the next goal make sense rather than forcing one. So here’s the question for you: Where should I compete next?
