4 simple exercises to strengthen your immunesystem in challenging times. These exercises can mostly be done while seated. Do it for 7-8 min - 2 or 3 times a day. To enhance your immunesystem you must work on your breath. Especially work with the vertical and horisontal muscles in your back but also the diaphragm: 1. "Wind playing with snow" - vertical muscles in your back. 2. "The snake" - Horisontal muscles in your back. 3. "The universal exercise" -working directly on the lymphatic system and immunesystem. Works as a pump for the veins, lungs and diaphragm. It is combining the vertical and horisontal muscles in your back. 4. Diaphragm and "Double Bend". First loosen up the diaphragm by activating the point just below the rib - release the tension by breathing in and out deeply. Then practice "Double bend" to train your calves, thighs and your buttocks. This will increase your ability to return blod from your legs to heart and lungs. It also opens for optimum response in your diaphragm area, which makes your breathing deeper and better.
