海英俊先生於1999年加入台達電子，2004年起擔任副董事長暨執行長，主要職責為制定公司營運發展方向、規劃組織架構，推動並落實策略性創新事業發展。 台達電子不僅在交換式電源產品居領導地位，在海英俊先生的領導下更將「環保 節能 愛地球」的經營使命發揚光大，成為提供新世代綠能科技以及能源管理解決方案的領導廠商，在電動車控制系統與整車動力系統、工業自動化、太陽能發電系統、LED照明等領域，均位居重要地位。同時，在視訊顯像系統及智慧語音系統等前瞻性科技的發展，台達電子也扮演先鋒角色，期許為人類打造更環保健康的「智能綠生活」。 在海英俊先生加入台達電子後，台達的營收成長四倍之多，已達57億美元，市值也由2004年的20億美元，2011年超過100億美元，其中外資持股比率超過七成。此外，台達電子在公司治理及企業社會責任兩方面，也樹立業界最佳典範。近年來，陸續榮獲多項國際榮耀與肯定，並被譽為「最受尊敬的華人企業」。2008年，台達電子榮獲歐洲商業雜誌(CNBC) 評選為「全球百大低碳企業」; 2009年更獲得第一屆亞太「卓越環保獎」(Frost & Sullivan Green Excellence Award）。因著卓越領導，海英俊先生於2010年榮獲CNBC「中國最佳商業領袖獎」及CNBC「亞洲最佳創新領袖獎」。 海英俊先生加入台達電子之前，曾任GE Capital台灣地區總經理，亦於多家全球知名的國際金融機構，如JP Morgan、Citibank等擔任重要職務。海英俊先生畢業於美國德州達拉斯大學並取得國際企業管理碩士學位。 Mr. Yancey Hai joined Delta Electronics in 1999 and was appointed as Vice Chairman and CEO in 2004. Mr. Hai takes charge in setting corporate direction, planning organizational structures and developing strategic new business. With the mission "To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow", Delta Electronics is now the global leader in switching power supplies and a major player in state-of-the-art green technologies and energy management solutions for applications such as electric vehicles, industrial automation, solar systems and LED lighting. Delta Electronics is also a pioneer in advanced display and voice technologies that aim to bring smart green life to the mankind. Under Mr. Hai's leadership, Delta Electronics quadrupled its revenues to $5.7 billion and increased its market capitalization from $2 billion in 2004 to over $10 billion in 2011 with more than 70% shares held by global institutional investors. Delta Electrnoics also set an example in corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, and had received such international recognitions as "Global Top 100 Low-Carbon Pioneers" by CNBC European Business Magazien in 2008 and "Frost & Sullivan Green Excellence Award" in 2009 in addition to numerous local recoginitions as the most respected company. Due to his remarkable contribution, Mr. Hai received "CBLA 2010 China Business Leader of the Year Award" and was named "Asia Innovator of the Year" in 2010 CNBC Asia Business Leaders Award. Before joining Delta Electronics, Mr. Hai was the country manager of GE Capital Taiwan, and prior to that he served in key positions in international financial organizations such as JP Morgan and Citibank. Mr. Hai received MA degree in International Business Management from University of Texas at Dallas.
