http://www.VigorGroundFitness.com Building muscle and strength requires hard work, grit, smart training, and consistency. There are times when you need a fresh approach to some exercises which add some spice 🌶 to your training. The key 🔑 is to keep choose the right exercises for your goals as well as your body (based on individual assessment). For building muscle I like to use more exercises that create a lot of tension and stimulate growth and strength but don't use as big of a systemic load (basically not using as much external weight). Not that heavier weights aren't good, I just choose to give my joints more of a break and crush the muscles without beating up the joints as much. Here are some weird looking exercises that are very effective and I learned them from all over the place including Joel Seedman, Ben Bruno, John Rusin (follow all these guys).
