This time, I'll be showing you how to make Chicken and Burdock Kinpira. Just cut and fry! An easy side dish recipe! It's a perfect dish to prepare in advance, for bento, or as a snack with alcohol. It's so delicious, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (serves 2) ・150g chicken thighs ・120g burdock root ・60g carrots ・1 chili pepper ・1/2 tablespoon white sesame seeds ・1 teaspoon, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce ・1 tablespoon mirin ・1 tablespoon sake ・1/2 teaspoon, 1/2 tablespoon sugar ・1/2 teaspoon dashi stock ・Sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon ■How to make 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, rub in sugar, mix in soy sauce, and season until ready to use. 2. Scrape off the skin of the burdock root, cut into strips, and soak in water for 5 minutes. 3. Peel the carrots and cut into strips. 4. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers and cut into rings. 5. Drain the burdock root and wipe off the moisture. 6. Add sesame oil to a frying pan and fry the chicken. 7. Once the heat is off, add the burdock root and carrots, mix, add the sake and stir fry. 8. Add mirin and sugar and stir fry for about 1 minute. 9. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and slice into rings. 5. Drain the burdock and Wipe off the moisture. 6. Add sesame oil to a frying pan and fry the chicken. 7. Once the heat is off, add the burdock and carrots, mix, then add the sake and stir-fry. 8. Add mirin and sugar and stir-fry for about 1 minute. 9.
