http://www.davidgarrigues.com This video gives you instructions for clarifying your arm and leg foundation and creating an optimal spinal curve in Upward Facing Dog Posture. Ground your hands, lengthen your arms, create a true vertical line through your arm bones from wrist to shoulder. Reach back through the legs from the hips through the toes, and allow this action to charge the legs with vitality. Situate your spine directly between the arms (not ahead of or behind them) and endeavor to bow your spine into a deep curve especially within your upper torso. Keep the hips and thighs low, lift up the spine and look circularly up and over. Steady your gaze between the eyebrows. Either transition to the next posture or remain in your final position breathing regularly, enjoying the immovable spot as you continue to play with the actions of the posture. Enjoy!
