This workout is designed to hit every fiber from the upper pecs to the outer sweep. Today’s session is all about high volume and metabolic stress. We’re pairing heavy compounds with immediate finishers to ensure absolute muscle failure. 🏋️ The Workout Routine Perform 3 sets of each variation. Rest 60–90 seconds between sets. 1. Incline Bench Press (Upper Chest Focus) Goal: Controlled descent, explosive drive. 2. Flat Bench Press (Mid-Chest Power) Goal: Maintain a slight arch and keep your scapula retracted. 3. Immediate Push-Ups (To Failure) Note: Drop straight to the floor after your bench sets and pump until you can't push anymore. 4. Pec Deck Flys (The Finisher) Goal: Squeeze at the peak contraction for 1 second to maximize blood flow.
