Gajar ka Halwa Recipe | 2.5 किलो विंटर स्पेशल गाजर का हलवा | wedding & buffet style carrot halwa recipe: Ingredients: • Carrots – 2.5 kg (washed, peeled & grated) • Milk – 1 liter • Sugar – 1 cup (250 g) • Ghee – ½ cup • Green cardamom – 4 pods (crushed) • Dry coconut slices – 50 g • Almond slices – 50 g • Pistachio slices – 50 g • Khoya – 250 g or as you like • Boiled eggs – 2 (sliced, for garnish) Instructions: 1. In a large pan, add grated carrots, milk, and sugar. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the milk and water are reduced and carrots become soft. 2. Add ghee, green cardamom, dry coconut slices, almond slices, and pistachio slices. Cook and mix well until the halwa becomes fragrant and slightly glossy. 3. Add half of the khoya and mix it into the halwa. Cook for 2–3 minutes. 4. Transfer the halwa to a serving dish. Layer the remaining khoya on top and garnish with boiled egg slices, almond slices, and pistachios. 5.
