Serve it with tandoori roti, paratha or rice and enjoy comfort food anywhere in the world ❤️ this recipe is For You. 🥔🥕 Punjabi Style Mixed Vegetable Curry 🧾 Ingredients: • Cooking oil – ½ cup • Onion – 1 medium (sliced) • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp • Tomato – 2 medium (sliced) • Salt – 1 tbsp • Red chili powder – 1 tbsp • Turmeric powder (haldi) – 1 tsp • Cumin seeds (zeera) – 1 tsp • Potato – 500 gm (cubed) • Carrot – 500 gm (sliced) • Green peas – 500 gm • Green chili– 4 pcs • Water – 1 cup • Garam masala – 1 tsp • Fresh coriander – for garnish ⸻ 👩🍳 instructions: First heat oil in a pan and add sliced onion, fry until light golden. Then add ginger garlic paste and sauté until nice aroma comes for just a minute. Now add tomatoes & cook a minute. Next add salt, red chili powder, turmeric and cumin, mix well. Add a little water and cook the masala until tomatoes gravy cooked well. After that add potatoes, carrots and green peas, mix nicely. Pour remaining water, cover and cook until vegetables become soft.
