It's a culinary experience that will leave you wanting more! 🍜 Here is a recipe of Beef Nihari .🍲 Ingredients: Beef boneless (shank) 1.5 kg Cooking oil 300 ml Onion 150 gm Garlic 2 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Red chilli powder 2 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Ginger powder 1 tbsp Water 2 litre Wheat flour 1 cup Water 1 litre (for thickening) Nihari masala: Cumin 1 tsp Fennel seeds 1 tsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Cloves 1/2 tsp Star anise 1 Cinnamon sticks 2 Bay leaf 2 Long pepper 2 Green cardamom 4 Black cardamom 1 Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion and brown it. 2. Add garlic, Sauté for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add beef, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and ginger powder and cook until it changes color for a minute. 4. Add 2 litres of water and cook in pressure cooker for 30 minutes. Ensure the lid is securely closed and the valve is set to sealing. After 30 minutes burner off, Allow the pressure to release naturally, ensure the pressure has dropped before opening the lid. Open the lid carefully to check the tenderness of meat. 5. Roast Nehari masala ingredients and grind them and set a side. 6. In a saprate bowl Mix wheat flour with 1 litre water and add to the pressure cooker. Add the ground Nehari masala and simmer for 20 minutes to gravy thicken and chilli oil (tari) on top, 7. Garnish with brown onion, lemon wedges, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, and chilli oil (tari). Serve hot and enjoy! 🍜 ———————————————————————— Recipe in Urdu/hindi beef nahari ki tarkib🍲 Ajza: baghair hadi ke beef ka gosht 1.5 kalo khana pakane ka til 300 ml piyaz 150 garam lahsan 2 khane ke chamch namk 2 khane ke chamch laal march powder 2 khane ke chamch dhaniya powder 1 khane ka chamch adark powder 1 khane ka chamch pani 2 later gandam ka atta 1 cup pani 1 later (gravy ko gadha karne ke liye) nahari masala: zirah 1 chaye ka chamch sonf 1 chaye ka chamch kali march 1/2 chaye ka chamch long 1/2 chaye ka chamch badyan ka phool 1 dar chini ki chhadiyan 2 taiz pat 2 peepli 2 sabz alaichi 4 kali alaichi 1 Tarkeeb: 1. ek pen min til garm karin, is min kati hoi piyaz dal kar baroun karin. 2. lahsan dalin, 1-2 mant tak bhonin. 3. gaye ka gosht, namk, laal march powder, dhaniya powder, or adark ka powder shamil karin or ek mant tak rang badilne tak pakain. 4. 2 later pani dal kar pareshar kakar min 30 mant tak pakain. yaqeeni banain kah ddhakn mahfooz tariqe se band hay or walo sel karne par set hay. 30 mint k bad barnar band kren, steam ko nikalne din, is bat ko yaqeeni banain kah ddhakn kholne se pehle dabao (steam) kam ho gaya hay. gosht ki narmi ko janchane ke liye ddhakn ko ahtyat se kholin. 5. nahari masalah ke ajza ko bhonin or anhen pes kar ek cyd rakhn. 6. ek sepret piyale min gandam ke autay ko 1 later pani min maks karin or pareshar kakar min shamil karin.
