Macros (Makes 4 based on 10 ounce serving) Calories 393 Carbs 8.9g Dietary Fiber 2.8g Fat 30.8g Protein 21.1g Ingredients 1 TBSP Bacon Drippings 2.2 ounces Red Onions 7 ounces Riced Cauliflower 7 ounces Chopped Broccoli 7 ounces Cooked Chopped Chicken 7 ounces Hard or shredded cheese of choice 7 ounces Ricotta or Cream Cheese 3 TBSP Heavy Whipping Cream 3 TBSP Broth (Vegetable or Chicken) 2 TBSP Herdez Guacamole Salsa - Optional 1 TBSP Braggs Liquid Aminos Seasoning 1/4 teaspoon of each Cayenne Pepper Garlic Powder Celery Salt 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes Salt and Pepper to taste Saute Onions in Bacon Drippings on low heat.
