Today, we’re introducing you all to PF Trainer from North Carolina, Ryan, as he leads this full-body home workout. This fitness video is packed with good at home workouts you can do anytime. Also, it was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, with no equipment required. Feel free to follow along, or take it at your own pace. Let’s get started with a warm up. Today, your warm up will include jumping jacks, lunge torso rotations, pulse squats, and lower body stretching. Then, you’ll dive into the first circuit of squats, double crunches, push ups and burpees. After a quick rest, you’ll go through the second circuit made up of squats, double crunches, and push ups. This home workout includes a third and final circuit of squats and double crunches. Once you’ve finished, Ryan will help you cool down and wrap things up. Want to know how to workout at home?
