Thus, if the quality of sleep is inferior, people tend to feel hunger more. So, we prepared a number of stretching that can calm down the sympathetic nerves, so that you can have quality sleep for a better recovery of fatigue, slimmed down body, the release of muscle pain, peaceful mind, and stress control. The routine of this "Deep sleep" stretching is as below. 1. Meditation [Resting body and mind] 2. Neck pull [Trapezius muscle] 3. Push back pull [Shoulders/ back/ trapezius muscle] 4. Cat cow stretch [Whole body] 5. Child pose [Whole body] 6. Cobra pose [Whole body] 7. Hug knee [Leg lines] 8.
