We begin with a gentle arrival and centering, then move into a guided chanting practice drawn from the Surya Namaskar mantra and organ-based seed sounds (bija mantras). Through call-and-response chant and breath-led awareness, this practice supports purification, nourishment, and connection between the physical and energetic body. ✨ In this practice, you’ll be guided to: • Settle and arrive with a brief winter centering • Explore sound as a tool for attunement and regulation • Chant seed sounds connected to the organs • Support the vagus nerve through tone and vibration • Close with So Hum — That I am — as a meditation on presence and wholeness. Chant for the Organs: Aum Hrām Hrām: heart beat, purity of blood Aum Hrīm Hrīm: lungs Aum Hrūm Hrūm: liver, spleen, intestines, naval Aum Hraim Hraim: kidney, bladder Aum Hraum Hraum: constipation Aum Hraḥ Hraḥ: neck + chest So Hum: That I am.
