Welcome to this 30-minute full body Pilates class, blending classical Pilates with some gentle Barre-inspired movements. This flow is designed to open the front of the body, release the hips, and strengthen your abdominals. It is perfect for the winter months when we often feel a little tighter and more closed in. This class is quite challenging, but remember to move at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need. All you need is a mat. A small heads-up: the lighting dips a bit during the video. I’m filming in a new location and still figuring out the best setup, thank you for being patient with me as I get settled! We’ll work through the whole body with a mix of strengthening, lengthening, and mindful movement to leave you feeling open, strong, and grounded.
