Then add cumin and asafoetida. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder and turmeric and saute gravy well. Now add boiled white lentil, green gram and split Bengal gram and mix well. Then add cup water and cook for another ½ an hour. Now heat little clarified butter and fry potato, peas and carrot and mix them in lentils. Then add lemon juice and ½ cup water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes then take out in dish. Then heat 2 tbsp clarified butter and fry whole red chili and curry leaves in it then pours them on lentil. Garnish with green coriander, green chilies and ginger. Ginger Soy Chicken : Ingredients: Chicken (cut Lengthwise) 400 grams Flour 2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Corn flour 2 tbsp Finely cut ginger 3 tbsp Salt as required Oil for frying Green onion as required For sauce ingredients: Soy sauce 2 tbsp Sesame seeds 1 tsp Water 4 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Corn flour 1 tsp Oil 1 tbsp Method: In chicken flour ,corn flour ,soy sauce and salt mix and leave for ½ hour .then ginger fry till then crispy .chicken pieces fry and remove .mix all ingredients of sauce .now heat oil and fry chicken and sauce ingredients mix and toss .after this dish out then garnish with fried ginger and green onion and serve.
