🌟 Upper body pilates with resistance band - at home workout for slim, toned ballet dancer arms! 🌟 Today’s 20 minute pilates arm workout is a ballet inspired upper body workout with resistance bands to sculpt your way to slimmer arms. These dancer arm toning exercises are perfect for women looking to strengthen their arms without building bulky muscles. It’s also great for dancers to strengthen their arms and backs for turns and jumps! We’ll begin this workout with a thorough warm up, incorporating graceful ballerina arm movements into each of the exercises. Next, we’ll head into a standing pilates series with the resistance band, focusing on working the upper body, back and core. We’ll finish with a challenging yet effective arm burnout on the mat before heading into some ballerina style stretches to alleviate any tension. This video marks week 3 of my upper body challenge. This video is my favourite in the series so far as upper body pilates with resistance bands is super demanding but so much fun. I can’t wait for you try this arm workout with me!
