Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie || 1 Cup of Trader Joe's Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 1/4 Cup of Trader Joe's Crunchy Salted Peanut Butter with Flax & Chia Seeds & Trader Joe's Valencia Creamy Salted Organic Peanut Butter 5 Deglet Noor Dates (halved) 1 Frozen Banana OPTIONAL: Extra Flax Seeds Garnish with Grounded Cinammon Veggie Burger (Red Bean Burger) with Kale || 1/2 Cup of Fresh bell peppers (chopped) 1 Clove of garlic (chopped) OPTIONAL: Red Onions (chopped) ~1/3 Sweet Potato (grated) ~1/4 Panko Bread crumbs ~1/4 Oat Flour 1 Egg (beaten) Pattie burger and fry in Chosen Blends Safflower, Avocado and Coconut Oil Sautee Fresh Kale with water, oil and Pink Himalayan Salt Arugula and Garbanzo Over Rice || 1 Clove of garlic (chopped and sauteed) Trader Joe's Curry Powder ~1 Cup of Jasmine Rice ~1 Cup of Chicken Stock (allow rice to simmer) 1 Clove of Garlic Curry Powder Seasoning (to taste) 1 Can of Garbanzo Peas 1/2 Cup of Chicken Stock 1/3 Cup of Water (allow peas to simmer) 1/3 Sweet Potato (cubed) (simmer further) and then serve!
