KEEP UP WITH ME (ON THESE PLATFORMS) SUBSCRIBERS CONTACT ME: alwaysaskpink@gmail.com FOR RECIPES SHOWN WITHIN THE VIDEO, READ MORE: BREAKFAST | Grease muffin tin (I used Chosen Blends Safflower, Coconut & Avocado Oil) Trader Joe's Peppered Uncured Bacon (one slice) 2 Jumbo Eggs Season with Garlic Powder/Mrs. Dash (Salt-Free) (optional) 1/4 of a russet potato (cubed) Season with sage, thyme, oregano, black pepper, garlic salt (optional) Trader Joe's Mini Heirloom Tomatoes LUNCH | Cooked (fully prepared) Jasmine rice seasoned with curry powder Smash jasmine rice until it is smooth enough to roll into spheres Add hot sauce, red crushed pepper and curry seasoning Roll rice into medium sized spheres Roll rice balls in Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Oat Flour Fry rice balls in vegetable oil (optional) Pan sear chicken breasts (optional) Sautee FRESH spinach and bell peppers Drizzle Thai Style Chili Sauce to finish (optional) DINNER | 1 and 1/4 cup of Trader Joe's Organic Chicken Broth 1/2 cup of Green WHOLE small lentils Add FRESH cloves of garlic (chopped) Season with red crushed pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper ALLOW lentils to simmer for 30-45 minutes Cod filet (cut into nice serving sizes) Mix in oil of choice Season with celery seeds, black pepper, red crushed pepper and garlic salt to taste (optional) BLEND together: PLAIN bread crumbs and oil of choice to create a nice bread crumb mixture that can easily be spread Press bread crumb/oil mixture onto the top and bottom of cod filet BAKE cod filet at 400 degrees for 8-15 minutes depending on preference STEAM FRESH kale Add 4 Trader Joe's Mini Heirloom Tomatoes YUM!
