Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women Kheema mutti is traditionally made of minced mutton or lamb and is a meals. Hyderabadi Kheema mutti Biryani is an excellent recipe for lunch or dinner. INGREDIENTS: Mutton 300 gms Garlic(finely chopped) ½ tsp Salt To taste Red chilly powder ½ tsp Garam masala ½ tsp Oil 4-5 tbs Black cumin seeds ½ tsp Bay leaf 2 nos Star anise 1 nos Cinnamon stick 1 nos Cloves 4 nos Cardamom 2 nos Biryani phool 1 piece Onions(slices) ½ cup Green chillies 4 nos Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp Mint leaves ½ bunch Yogurt 1 cup Water As required Basmati rice 2 cup Lime juice 1 tsp Fried onions ½ cup Yellow colour ½ tsp Coriander leaves ¼ bunch METHOD: 1. Take a bowl and add blended mutton mince meat, garlic, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala and mix nicely, make round balls by applying little oil to hands and keep aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan add black cumin seeds, bay leaf, star anise, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, biryani phool and saute it. 3. Add onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, coriander leaves, kheema balls and cook for 5 mins. 4. Add yogurt, little water and place lid cook for 8-10 mins. 5. Boil water in another pan with little salt and add basmati rice and cook it until 70-80% done. 6. Transfer into strainer and spread it on kheema balls mixture and squeeze lime juice. 7. On its top add fried onions, yellow colour and place lid cook it first on slow flame and later on high flame if required place tawa on bottom for 15 mins. 8. Now kheema mutti biryani is ready to serve.
