The Winter season is all about going within for self-reflection and restoring and calming our nervous system. Our system, especially as we age, needs deep rest to restore and repair the damage we have accumulated over the years. Animals hibernate for a reason in the winter. These ancient teachings are well documented for natural healing and for navigating different stages of our lives. This class starts with a centering, then qigong to activate our system, and then moves into a soft, smooth Tai chi flow, culminating in a deep, guided relaxation.
