Instagram: / bwhbbqchl0e Subscribe to our channel at: / @mirchmasala53 Butterfly Chicken l Ramadan Recipes l Iftar Special l Bohri Food Ingredients: Chicken 250 gm Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Jeera Powder 1 tsp Blackpepper Powder 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice 1/2 lemon Butter 1 tbsp All purpose flour (maida) 1 tbsp corn flour 1 tbsp Potato (Cut in slices) 2 Vinegar 2 tbsp Oil for Frying Slat to taste Method: Take Chicken in a bowl and add Ginger Garlic Paste, Jeera Powder, Chaat Masala, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Butter, All purpose flour and corn flour. Mix it well and keep it aside for 1-2 hrs. Cut the potatoes in this slices and put them in a bowl. Add Vinegar and water and keep it aside. Take a slice of Potato, put the marinated chicken piece in between and fold it then pierce it with a stick to keep it together. Heat Oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces to it. cook until the potato turns golden brown. Serve it in a plate and sprinkle chaat masala
