ARE YOU STRONG ENOUGH TO COMPLETE THE 5 MINUTE PLANK CHALLENGE? TEST YOUR CORE STRENGTH! 5 Minutes doesn’t sound like much time, but try it out. You’ll see that it’s actually quite long and tiring. For some reason, while doing the 5 minute plank challenge, minutes aren’t passing as quickly as they usually do. Can you relate? =) The 5 Minute Plank Challenge: ● 1 Minute Plank Hold ● 1 Mnute Straight Arm Plank Hold ● 30 Seconds Side Plank Left ● 30 Seconds Side Plank Right ● 1 Minute Plank Up and Downs ● 1 Minute Plank Hold I used to do this as a warm up routine before my actual workouts. Nowadays, I rather do it at the end of my gym workouts. You can literally do this challenge whenever you find 5 minutes spare time. Whether it is at home after getting up, at the beach while getting a tan or before going to bed: quick and easy, it can be performed everywhere and at any time. Also, the routine doesn’t require any equipment or weights. The video is also in full length which means you can set up your mobile phone / tabler / notebook somewhere in front of you, load and the video and simply follow whatever I’m doing. If you can’t hold the position anymore, take a few seconds rest before you go back into the shown position. Good luck ! PS: This is the first video of the fitness challenge serie.
