Hi guys, welcome back to another workout and boy is it killer today! I took this class outside at my mom's cabin, isn't it beautiful? I hope you enjoy the view! Today we are toning our lower body and core in this workout routine, inspired by pilates. We are taking it down to ur mats and working in table top, pilates style. We are moving slow, using 1 light dumbbell. If you don't have a light dumbbell, a full water bottle will work, ankle weights OR using no weights is a great option as well! Each of the 5 moves are 1min.( I throw a bonus move in for 30 sec) There will be tempo changes, to get deep into that muscle burn. If you start to feel any uncomfortable sensations in your lower back, this whole routine can be done in a standing position. Ok guys LETS DO THIS!!!
