A magical farewell to Norway! A once in a lifetime experience!

After an unforgettable day in the Lyngen Alps, we drove to one of the most scenic freedom camping spots near Tromsø — surrounded by towering mountains that felt like they belonged just to us. As we cooked our dinner, the sky, despite the clouds, came alive with a faint but beautiful green glow. The lady Aurora gave us a magical show The next morning, we braved the freezing cold for something truly special — a photoshoot in our Indian attire, brought all the way from Sydney! It was freezing, funny, and totally worth it. Just wait till you see what we pulled off in that snow En route to Tromsø, we made a spontaneous stop at Ersfjordbotn — and what luck! A pod of orcas swam by as we stood watching in awe. We even managed to fly the drone and capture some stunning moments from above. Reaching Tromsø for our final day, we parked at the city campgrounds and explored the town — souvenir shopping, lunch, and even spotting the northernmost McDonald’s in the world. Our last evening was nothing short of magical: a walk to the Arctic Cathedral, across the Tromsø Bridge, and a breathtaking cable car ride up to Fjellheisen to take in the full city view. As we returned to camp to pack and wind down, the Aurora returned… dancing above the city lights like a perfect goodbye. With full hearts and memories to last a lifetime, we stepped into our motorhome one last time. The next morning, we packed up, returned the van, and headed to the airport — off to Sweden for a short family stopover. Norway, you’ve been everything and more.
