Now the hoses are clear, disconnect the hose underneath the mixer tray as well. Now unscrew the knurl from the mixer tray to release it (step 3), pull the tray towards you to remove, empty and clean. After cleaning slide back into place, securing with the knurl. And re-connect the hoses. COFFEE BEAN HOPPER – REMOVE AND CLEAN FREQUENCY = WEEKLY DEPENDING ON VOLUME Lift the lid to access the coffee bean hopper. Make sure that you close the green shutter at the bottom of the bean hopper (step 1). Once the green shutter is closed you can remove the coffee bean hopper for cleaning (step 2).
