Today's video is a bit different than my typical Taylor Swift workout as this is more strength focused! These lower body band exercises will be targeting your legs and glutes and trust me, you will feel the burn! 🔥 I chose 3 Taylor Swift songs that were slower in pace (albums featured: 1989, Midnights, Lover) so that it would help you control the movement. I tried my best to go to the beat of the song to make it easier for you to follow too (it wasn't always perfect but was close)! This leg and glute workout that you can do at home is great for all fitness levels as it is beginner friendly! You will need access to a wall or chair for 2 of the exercises and the last 2 exercises are on the floor (the other ones are all standing).
