Harvesting Korean Perilla + Soy Pickled Leaf Recipe 🌿 | From Garden to Kitchen In this video, I harvest the last of my Korean perilla plants and share how I make soy pickled perilla leaves — inspired by a traditional Korean condiment called 깻잎장아찌 (kkaennip jangajji). 💛 Perilla has such a distinct aroma — minty, basil-like, and earthy all at once. It’s one of the most resilient plants I’ve grown, returning from heat and pest damage with such strength.
