Everyone gets all stressed about cooking a brisket, and everyone has an opinion on how it should be cooked. Cook it low and slow and give yourself plenty of time. Since we already had the fire going, we made a full BBQ plate to go with it. From-scratch macaroni and cheese with homemade noodles and our own cheese sauce—one classic and creamy, and one with jalapeños and pepper jack for a little heat. Thanks for cooking along with us.
