About the Panelists: Victoria Te You Moore -Originally from China, Victoria is a Chicago-based psychotherapist in private practice. She is also a professional artist, a published cartoonist, a nerd of long-form improv, and an occasional student of clowning. She joined the board of Clowns Without Borders-USA in 2023. Meredith Gordon is a circus artist, actor, and musician. He has worked as a medical clown for 25 years and is on the Laughter League Atlanta team. In 2019, he did his first tour with Clowns Without Borders, USA. Frankie Thompkins joined Clowns Without Borders in 2024, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in nonprofit and corporate sectors. While not a professional artist, she has the spirit of a clown and a deep passion for spreading joy and using laughter to uplift communities in crisis. She is honored to lead CWB in bringing smiles and hope to children and families worldwide. Dr. Tim Cunningham is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, healthcare consultant, and non-profit leader. All things well-being. Tim has been with CWB since 2003, first as a performing artist, then as a board member and an interim executive director. amrita (uhm-ri-tha), she/her, daughter of Tehsel Singh Dhaliwal and the late Balbir Kaur Dhaliwal, is an award-winning Punjabi American comedian, educator and director in Los Angeles, whose work spans multiple mediums, from stage to TV & Film.
