Watch my bus journey from Bengaluru to Kundapura by KSRTC'S Airavat Club Class 2.0. The bus is scheduled 10:50 PM from Kempegowda Bus Station and scheduled to reach Kundapura by 7:45 AM in the morning. However this bus starts from HSR Layout BDA Complex by 9 PM and comes all the way till Majestic. The bus route is via - Hassan , Sakleshpur , Shiradi Ghat , Mangaluru , Udupi , Sasthan , Kundapura. The bus fare is 1288/- (online) with at 15% off since I was travelling on a weekday. The date of travel was on 12th August 2025 as you can see Majestic Metro Station decorated with Tiranga Lights all over it. Majestic Terminal 2A is one of the best places for bus fanning since there are many Volvo 9600 and many Volvo's and Non AC Sleeper's on Mangaluru and Udupi side. So you have a volvo bus from KSRTC at frequency of every 10 to 15 minutes towards Mangaluru. There are many Non AC Sleepers and Rajahamsa buses towards Mangaluru , Udupi. Our bus arrived at Majestic by 9:50 PM and waited for an hour. The time slot from 9 to 11:30 PM at Terminal 2A is a treat for every bus fans as there are huge beautiful buses lined up. There are 2 more Airavat Club Class 2.0 buses towards Mangaluru from Bengaluru and one day bus at 10 AM from both the sides. We left Bengaluru by 10:52 PM and reached Kundapura by 8:50 AM due to long traffic jam at Shiradi Ghat. We wasted around 40 minutes in that jam. However due to Mahantesh Anna driving we covered a bit of the lost time. We halted for dinner at Kamat Upachar near Channarayapatna. We could spot many buses stopped for Washroom and Tea break at the hotel. Our bus is speed locked at 80 Kmph since it's a brand new bus. Previously there was a Scania on this route. But now they have replaced the Scania with this brand new 2.0 bus.
