Safety At FRBC: We ask all Fulham Reach Boat Club participants to watch this instructional rowing safety video before participating in their first rowing session. The Safety Position - An important manoeuvre to be able to perform to stabilise the boat. 6. On The Water - Keeping a lookout, hard stops, navigating, and landing routine. Then, what to do afterwards, including washing down equipment and washing hands after contact with river water. 7. Capsize Drill - What to do in the event of a capsize or someone falling in the water, then what to do to recover and monitor for waterborne diseases. 8.
