TRX RIP Training Workout by Matt Gleed

This 20min workout has 2 rounds of exercises. In each round of 4 exercises the 4th exercise will challenge your heart rate. You could repeat the rounds for a longer workout if needed. The exercise length is 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest. A 60 seconds rest is between the rounds. To challenge your exercises you could change the foot position to be less stable, move further away from the anchor point or change the hand position too. The TRX RIP Trainer comes with a Medium Resistance Cord and other resistance cords are available to change the intensity too.
