The student will demonstrate the necessary skill and knowledge to perform the correct holding pattern entries and procedures for standard and nonstandard VOR holding patterns as well as standard NDB/GPS holding patterns. The student will exhibit basic understanding and ability to fly nonstandard NDB/GPS and localizer holding patterns using the appropriate entry, timing, and wind correction procedures. The student should demonstrate increased proficiency in performing standard VOR and NDB/GPS holding patterns. Introduce nonstandard NDB/GPS and standard localizer holding procedures. Comments : Hold over BARBS, Hold over OMN, Hold over SMYRA, Hold over BARBS Keep reviewing the holding entries and don't mix them up Make small corrections for the CDI and start turning towards the needle when it starts moving Don't forget the time compensation and wind correction in the hold
