𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺 Greet colleagues, check in with staff, or offer a compliment. These small gestures can uplift both the giver and receiver. 𝟥. 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦 Align with a cause and take small steps toward goals that affect you and your community can bring direction and peace. 𝟦. 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴 Attend festivals, concerts, or community events to strengthen connections and experience joy with others. 𝟧. 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺-𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 School projects, neighborhood gardens, or workplace wellness drives can transform the spaces we live and work in.
