You Will Need the Following: Equipment: Instant Pot or Steaming Pot Instant Pot Steaming Accessories (trivet & basket) Mixing Bowl Mixing Spoon Foil Ingredients: 1/3 Cup Plain Flour 1 ½ Cups Vital Wheat Gluten Flour 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Garlic Powder 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 ½ Cups Vegetable Broth 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika (if you like a stronger flavor add 1tsp) Steaming: Steam in the Instant Pot for 20 Minutes then allow a natural release for 10 minutes.
