After an hours-long search in a Southeast Portland neighborhood, police arrested a 25-year-old man early Friday morning who they say shot and killed a 14-year-old boy last November. Police said they had been seeking Aquize G. Logan, of Portland, for months in the shooting death of Marik Roscoe and the injuring of three other people on Nov. 16, 2025.
