The PLURI course invites you into the wider story of language learning in education, connecting policy, theory, and everyday classroom practice. It is built for educators who want to harness multilingualism with confidence, and create inclusive and empowering spaces. The course has 2 parts: part 1 is about language policy and part 2 is about multilingual classroom experience. This is the 2nd video in the language policy part. You will learn about the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. You will also learn what illegal discrimination, what causes linguistic discrimination and how to set fair language requirements. The video is presented by Dr. Alicja Fajfer from the University of Eastern Finland. More information about the topic is available at: Article 21 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights https://fra.europa.eu/en/eu-charter/a... This course is part of the PLURI Project, co-funded by the European Union. Visit the PLURI website to find more resources and inspiration: https://pluri-project.eu/
