Hey everyone, welcome to my second outing on YouTube. Today I have four resistance band exercises you can do at home that will improve your punches. These exercises will work all the muscles used for punching and work them in a functional manner, training them together. The muscles used in these movements are the deltoids, the rotator cuff and shoulder girdle, the biceps and triceps, the lats and the obliques, as well as the chest. I have also added a variation of two of these movements that can be used as punching drills to improve your explosive power/speed.
