Recently "Squat University" put out an Instagram post that I totally and utterly disagree with. While I don't think their content is all bad, I also generally don't like the "you must have perfect technique" mindset. We are not fragile butterflies. We are humans, and can adapt to more than a lot of humans think. Furthermore, technique itself is quite individual, based on leverages, strengths and weaknesses as well as personal preference. Your perfect technique might look very little like what a textbook might have.
