Summertime Dream Dessert - So Easy to Make! - If You Can Boil Water, You Can Make This!

Summertime Dream Dessert 3 ounce box orange Jell-O 2 Tablespoons Tang powder 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature cut into small cubes Cool Whip or Redi-Wip topping Make the Jell-O as directed on the box. Pour into a small dish and refrigerate overnight or Until it sets up. Once the Jell-O is set up, scoop it into a blender and add the drink mix powder. Begin blending it at a high speed. With the blender running, drop the chunks of cream cheese into the blender, allowing each piece to drop down and start to blend. As soon as you have all the cream cheese incorporated, turn off the blender and pour the mixture back into the same dish you had the Jell-O in before. Place back in the refrigerator for several hours or until firm enough to slice. Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip or Redi-Wip. VARIATIONS: 1) use lemon Jello-O and Country Time Lemonade powder 2) Use strawberry Jell-O and a packet of strawberry Kool-Aid HINTS: 1) If you are making a double batch, as we did in the video, blend half of it at a time. Most blenders won’t hold all of it at once. 2) Pour the blended mixture into small ramekins rather than a large dish so that each person has their own small dessert. Top with whipped topping before serving. 3) Pour the blended mixture into a store bought graham cracker crust, and place it in the refrigerator for several hours.
