In this 40 min FULL BODY Dumbbell workout | No Repeat we will be having 2x blocks of 20x movements. Each block contains 4x bundle of 5x movements: Bundle 1 : Legs Bundle 2: Upper Body Push Bundle 3: Upper Body Pull Bundle 4: Mixed movements + ABS Water Break Bundle 5 : Legs Bundle 6: Upper Body Push Bundle 7: Upper Body Pull Bundle 8: Mixed movements + ABS We will be performing each movement for 40 seconds and with only 15 seconds rest we will switch to the next movements. After each bundle there will be a 30 second rest.
