How to make Sirloin & Mashed Potatoes Ingredients: Beef Ground Sirloin, Salt, Pepper, Turmeric, Ground Cumin, All Spice, Grapeseed Oil, Potato Flakes, Water, Milk, Butter 1. Add Grapeseed Oil to pan and cook Sirloin until brown 2. Add Salt, Pepper, Turmeric, Ground Cumin and All Spice to taste 3. In another pan add 3 and 1/2 cups of Water along with Butter 4. Add Teaspoon of Salt and bring to a boil 5. After boiling turn off heat and add 4 cups of Potato Flakes 6. Add 2 cups of Milk and stir until smooth in consistency 7. Place half of Mashed Potatoes in a serving dish and smooth out 8. Add Ground Sirloin on top of Mashed Potatoes 9. Cover Ground Sirloin with another layer of Mashed Potatoes
