Another great gravel path for exploring on your bike. A cycle gravel way of approximately 15 km length. A designated cycle path and gravel way An episode in my mini series exploring the Long Distance Footpaths & Heritage Railways in Norfolk, England. In this episode I explore the Bure Valley Railway foot path in a Northerly direct from Hoveton/Wroxham to Aylsham. I take a break for lunch using my new LIXADA stove at one on the Halts (stations). Norfolk is blessed with several ancient long distance foot paths dating back to the neolithic period, but there are also many more recent paths taking advantage of disused railways which criss-cross the county. Some of the old railways have been restored, making up the heritage railways of Norfolk. These include the Mid Norfolk Railway, The Bure Valley Railway, the Wells-Walsingham Light Railway, The Wells Habour railway, Bressingham steam park, Whitwell Staion (Marriott Way) and of course the famous North Norfolk Line better known as The Poppy Line (Sheringham to Holt). In addition the county runs a standard rail net work including The Bittern Line & The Werry Line. In this mini series I hope to venture out and explore the associated footpaths and cycle routes following their course. So join me as I ride my Canyon Exceed 7.0 Pro MTB and explore the Spring Country side.
